Responsibilities
- Install and configure new Control-M instances
- Support environment testing (performance, regression, stress)
- Troubleshoot Control-M application/infrastructure issues
- Consult with application teams on Control-M offerings
- Develop Control-M infrastructure solutions for user requirements
- Maintain code following software engineering best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for support and enhancements
- Document SOPs and knowledge transfer for support teams
Skills & Experience Required
- 58 years as a Control-M Administrator
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Experience supporting Control-M on Unix/Linux
- Experience testing, evaluating, and deploying new Control-M features/fix packs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GIT, Ansible)
- Control-M scheduling (including JSON, XML, AAPI)
- Familiarity with Bash, Python, or similar scripting
- Experience using Ansible for deployment/configuration
Optional / Nice to Have
- Experience with logging/monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Thousand Eyes)
- Experience deploying new Control-M features/fix packs
