Job Description

Role & responsibilities

New Product Development / Contract Manufacturing:

Lead end-to-end coordination for new product development with CMOs, from concept to commercialization.
Identify and onboard suitable CMOs for new product manufacturing in alignment with business strategy.
Coordinate with Product Management, R&D, and Packaging Development teams for:

Prepare and validate cost sheets, feasibility assessments, and commercial viability of new products.
Develop and maintain project timelines for new product launches and ensure adherence.
Work closely with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams to ensure compliance for new product approvals.
Coordinate pilot batches, scale-up activities, and validation processes at CMO sites.
Ensure readiness for product launch including documentation, packaging, and supply chain alignment.
Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during product development and initial production phases.
Coordinate with Licensing Partners (LL) and third-party Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) for day-to-day operations and supply planning.
Ensure timely execution of production plans and alignment with demand forecasts.
Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure smooth logistics coordination from CMO locations
