Currie & Brown is looking for skilled Contracts Managers to support projects within our data center sector!! These positions can be supported remotely!

What skills and attributes are we looking for from you

8+ years of contract administration experience within construction or construction management.
A strong command of RFP/RFI development and contract requirements.
Proven success in building deep, cross-functional partnerships that get teams aligned and moving forward.
A track record of developing high-impact supplier relationships .
Expertise in planning and leading complex negotiations .
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Cost-Type and CM-at-Risk construction contracts .
Outstanding communication skills with the power to influence and inspire .
A proactive, results-driven mindset paired with a genuine sense of urgency .
