Regulatory Compliance & Airworthiness Oversight

Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation authority regulations (e.g., EASA Part M, Part CAMO, DGCA CAR-M, FAA regulations, as applicable).
Maintain oversight of aircraft continuing airworthiness records and ensure timely updates.
Ensure the organizations procedures align with approved Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME).

Maintenance Program Management

Develop, implement, and revise Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMPs).
Monitor the performance of the maintenance program and coordinate necessary changes with authorities and manufacturers.
Ensure timely accomplishment of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and mandatory modifications.

Coordination with MROs and Maintenance Teams

Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with approved maintenance organizations (AMOs/MROs).
Review and approve work packages, ensuring correct documentation and certification.
Monitor deferred defects and ensure corrective action plans are in place.

Record Keeping & Data Management

Ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date aircraft technical records are maintained.
Manage digital or paper-based record systems for tracking airworthiness status.
Prepare reports for management and regulatory audits.
