Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Writing long-form content for our blog, PR, and other guest posts to support our editorial calendar.
Collaborating with other marketers to support with short-form content for the website, social channels, advertising, landing pages, and other campaign assets.
Collaborating with other functional teams to gain a thorough understanding of the product, customers, and market trends to stay up-to-date.
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
Promote blog content, infographics, etc. on community forums, content marketing platforms, and social media.
Edit, proofread and improve other writers' content.
Optimize content according to SEO.
Participate actively in Community Engagement to help promote the product.
Liaise with regional content writers for translation, adaptation, and decimation of content for regional websites/campaigns.

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

2+ years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or a similar role.
Excellent written communication skills & flawless writing skills to engage users in your story.
A self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
An understanding of SEO Optimized content writing.
An active blogger and social media enthusiast.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Graduate in English, Journalism, or related field.
