Content Lead-6+ years-Mumbai

We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Lead to drive end-to-end content strategy, execution, and performance across digital platforms. The role focuses on building impactful, multi-format content that educates, engages, and strengthens brand presence while leading teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

1. Define and execute the overall content strategy aligned with brand and growth goals.
2. Oversee blogs, videos, social media, newsletters, podcasts, and flagship content formats.
3. Manage content calendars, agencies, freelancers, and internal creative teams.
4. Optimize distribution using SEO, analytics, and digital channels for maximum reach.
5. Track performance metrics and refine strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

Requirements

1. 6–9 years of experience in content marketing, digital media, or brand communications.
2. 2–3 years of leadership/team management experience.
3. Strong storytelling, writing, and editing capabilities.
4. Experience with SEO, analytics, and multi-channel content distribution.
5. Proven stakeholder, agency, and project management skills.
