Job Description
- End to end recruitment for the client opportunities
- Avoid any client escalations conduct weekly/bi-weekly service quality review call with the client
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Document important client call via email
- Accountable for ensuring that contract is signed, raising invoice payment follow-up
- Posting positions on company website and on LinkedIn
- Brainstorming and execution on activities for company growth
- Aligning the goals with company s goal and vision
- Industry mapping time to time
- End to end Execution of the mandates through head hunting, mapping, LinkedIn
- Independently call mid to senior level candidates and assess fitments through telephonic interviews
- Working on mid to senior level
- End to End Client Management Engagement
- To take initiatives for the enhancement of the firm
Qualification
- bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 1+ year of working experience in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
