Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage domestic & international travel bookings flights, hotels, rail, visas, travel insurance & ground transportation
- Issue, reissue, cancel & refund tickets as per airline regulations
- Support travelers before, during & after their journeys
- Ensure booking accuracy and deliver exceptional service standards
- Good Geographical and Routing Knowledge
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international bookings for corporate travel operations
- Expertise in ticketing, reissuance, refunds & itinerary management
