Responsibilities Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current laws and regulations Managing payroll end to end and ensure timely processing of the same Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company sstrategic plan Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e

using surveys and quantitative data) Renew compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based onemployee needs Keep track of prevailing industry standards ensure we offer competitivecompensation plans Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data Working with senior management to plan future compensation and benefit policies Prepare and broadcast regularly dashboards and reports that provide insights to theleadership teamRequirements and skills Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant or similar role Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for variousdepartments and at all levels (hierarchy)
