Position objective:
Execute compensation and benefits, PMS administration, and statutory compliance activities with high accuracy, in
line with approved policies and timelines

Key Responsibilities Include:
Compensation
Execute annual increment, promotion, and salary correction cycles
Prepare increment, bonus, and incentive calculations
Perform offer compensation fitment for new hires and internal movements
Maintain salary, grade, and CTC trackers
Performance Management System (PMS)
Administer PMS cycles (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals)
Coordinate PMS timelines, system uploads, and data validation
Support linkage of PMS ratings with increment and bonus calculations
Maintain PMS MIS and reports
Benefits
Administer PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and Mediclaim
Vendor Management
Handle employee compensation and benefits queries

MIS, Policy & SOP
Maintain C&B and PMS MIS dashboards
Support drafting, updating, and implementation of C&B, PMS, and payroll policies
Assist in creating and updating SOPs and process documentation
Actuarial data calculations.
Skills & Knowledge
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, Lookups, formulas)
Experience with HRMS and payroll tools
Understanding of payroll processing & statutory compliance

Requirements:

MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
