Job Description
Position: Company Secretary / CS Intern
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (0–2 years of experience), enthusiastic CS Interns, or Semi Qualified CS candidates to join our professional practice. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate laws, compliance, and capital market transactions, making it an excellent opportunity for early-career CS professionals to build strong practical expertise.
Eligibility- Qualified Company Secretary with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience, or
- CS Interns pursuing CS training
- Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks
- Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assignments
- Compliance and advisory under Companies Act, 2013
- Handling matters related to SEBI (LODR) Regulations and Insider Trading Regulations
- Assistance in IPO and Capital Market transactions
- Support in Funding and investment-related projects
- Conducting and assisting in Secretarial Audits
- Drafting resolutions, notices, minutes, policies, and regulatory filings
- Liaising with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders
- Exposure to diversified corporate and capital market assignments
- Practical learning environment with professional guidance
