Job Description

Role Summary:
The Community & Online Event Manager will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with community members, driving engagement, and coordinating community activities across online and offline platforms. The role includes content creation, webinars, seminars, event management, member onboarding, advisory board coordination, startup collaboration, CXO video initiatives, and supporting expansion of new chapters/locations in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with community members and ensure active engagement
Plan and execute webinars, seminars, focused groups, and major community events
Develop social media content aligned with the brand voice
Support onboarding of new members and maintain strong member relationships
Manage advisory board engagement and stakeholder relationships
Collaborate with startups and research institutions for innovation initiatives
Create and coordinate CXO discussion videos and thought leadership activities
Identify opportunities for community expansion across Swiss locations
Plan and manage the flagship master event
Track engagement, gather feedback, and improve community experience

Preferred Profile:

5-8 years of experience in community engagement, events, partnerships, or stakeholder management
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills
Experience in managing professional communities, business networks, or leadership forums preferred
