Reports To: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef
Job Summary:
Assist in preparation and production of bakery and confectionery items as per company standards. Ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency in all food items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in baking/cooking as per recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Follow instructions from senior chefs
- Support inventory control and minimize wastage
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
