Key Responsibilities:

For Commi: Prepare food as per hotel SOP & standards
Assist in daily kitchen operations
Maintain hygiene & food safety standards Mise en place preparation Support senior chefs during service
For Kitchen Helper / Dishwasher / Moriwala: Cleaning utensils, kitchen area & equipment Assisting chefs with basic prep work
Proper waste disposal & hygiene maintenance Supporting smooth kitchen operations Experienced, Fresher, Intern, OJT can apply
