Job Description

Identifying claim type and policy type upon intimation of the claim

Establish the first contact with insured / claimant

Prepare the requirement list to process the claim, based on nature and type claim vis--vis with policy terms & conditions

Required Candidate profile

Should handle claims pertain to Non-Motor (typically Property, Fire, Engineering & Miscellaneous claims)

Assertive communication skills

Should be able to detect the fraudulent and exaggerated claims
