Job Description

Role: - Collection Executive

Fresher to 1 year

Location :- Sewri (Harbour Line )

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan or EMI payments.
Explain repayment options and assist customers in resolving outstanding dues.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a polite, empathetic approach.
Negotiate payment commitments while following company policies and compliance guidelines.
Update customer interactions, payment status, and call remarks accurately in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment updates and record maintenance.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Eligibility

HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, collections, or recovery will be preferred.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of at least one regional language is preferred (Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Internet, and data entry).
Positive attitude with good customer handling skills.
