Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Collection Agent to join our team at Equinox Labs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.

Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt.

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.

Conduct field visits to collect payments and negotiate payment plans.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of delayed payments.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collection process.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.

Proven experience as a Collection Agent or in a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with collection software and technology is an advantage.
