Job Title: Coaching & Training Lead - Preferred Tamil speaking

Job responsibilities

• Identification of training needs and expertise in timely project delivery and implementation of company policies
  
• Train regional and field team of surveyors on how to conduct door-to-door interviews effectively
  
• Monitor daily team performance and share feedback from head office with the field team.
  
• Assess coaching needs through surveys, door-to-door interviews with employees, and consultations with managers or instructors.
  
• Should be able to understand individual capacity and then deliver coaching to employees using various instructional techniques
  
• Build monthly, quarterly, and annual coaching/training program
  
• Document all essential data for audit and future reference
  
• Prepare and present reports on coaching/training programs
  
• Work with the team as a field observer/researcher if needed
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in training, field training would be an added advantage
  
• Travel PAN India as per training requirements of the organization
  
• Expertise in effective communication and team building
  
• Should be able to speak at least 2-3 regional languages
  
• On ground travel for a minimum of 20 -25 days (Intercity and interstate).
  
• Experience in training blue collar workers and having QMS certification would be an added advantage
  
• Candidates with sports/events/military background would be preferred
  
• Minimum graduate with training certifications from reputed institute
