Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to develop and execute precision inspection programs for aerospace components. The role involves PC-DMIS programming, GD&T interpretation, dimensional inspection, and ensuring accurate measurement results to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CMM programs using PC-DMIS from CAD models and drawings.
- Perform dimensional inspection of aerospace components.
- Interpret GD&T requirements and verify critical features.
- Inspect complex geometries, holes, profiles, and surface characteristics.
- Generate inspection reports and maintain measurement records.
- Troubleshoot CMM programs and improve inspection processes.
- Support CMM calibration and quality improvement activities.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams.
