Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Cloud Administrator with 45 years of experience in managing Windows server infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows Server Administration, VMware, Active Directory, and remote access technologies. Exposure to Linux administration and networking concepts will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user account administration.
• Administer VMware infrastructure, including virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Configure and support Remote Desktop (RDP) and VPN connectivity for end users.
• Perform server health monitoring, patch management, system upgrades, and regular maintenance.
• Troubleshoot server, operating system, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical services.
• Maintain documentation for server configurations, system changes, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve infrastructure incidents and implement improvements.
• Follow IT security standards and best practices to ensure a secure server environment.

Required Skills

• 45 years of hands-on experience in Server Administration.
• Strong experience with Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019.
• Good knowledge of VMware (vSphere/ESXi).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience in configuring and supporting RDP and VPN.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, routing, and switching.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Shell scripting) is an added advantage.
