Job Description
- We are looking for a dedicated Client Account Manager who will be in charge of all client relationship, aggregator relationship s, Database, Email and should display keen interest in advertising for Food & beverage business
Measuring and Preparing report of performance of media handles, aggregator performance and measuring the ROI and KPI
Collaborate with vendor partners, aggregator agencies (zomato, swiggy, dunzo,etc
) and others
Determining the Clients Requirement, work on raw material inventory supplies, and digital presence
Assist Client with queries pertaining to billings, registration, complaints and general inquiries
Timely Follow ups with aggregator platforms and POS management softwares
Candidates will interact with internal and external teams and deliver the best for clients
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Creative and Enthusiastic Personality with great interpersonal skills and should be able to make present ideas with conviction
Knack of soft skills and telephone etiquettes and should be able to work in a fast paced work environment
Knowledge of Ms Tools
Problem Solving Abilities with strong bias for impact
Experience in sales and business preferred
