Job Description

Position Overview:

The Claims Service Motor Senior Executive will be responsible for managing complex motor claims process, ensuring efficient facilitation from intimation of claim, during processing and till settlement of claims and maintaining high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in motor claims, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage complex motor insurance claims from initiation to settlement, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Review and assess claim documentation, including police reports, repair estimates, and other relevant information.
Communicate effectively with policyholders, repair shops, adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and facilitate the claims process.
Provide guidance and support to junior claims executives, assisting them with complex claims and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Ensure claims are settled within established timelines and maintain accurate records of all claims activities in the claims management system.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through continuous professional development and training.
Handle escalated claims and customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in motor insurance claims handling, with a track record of managing complex claims.
Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies claims procedures, and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
