Job Title Claims: Executive Operations (MIS & Excel)
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Job Type:Contractual Role
Experience Required:1-2 Years
Job Summary
We are hiring a Claims Executive to support operations through MIS reporting, email management, and Excel-based data handling in the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage MIS reports and data tracking in Excel
- Handle pre-claims email communication and queries
- Ensure timely completion of tasks (TAT adherence)
- Maintain and track pre-claims data funnel in Excel
- Coordinate with teams for data accuracy and reporting
- Perform basic assessment of pre-claim cases
- Handle system updates, reversals, and customer communication
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (any stream)
- 1-2 years experience in Operations / MIS / Backend role
- Experience in BFSI / Insurance Preferred
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
- Experience in claims / insurance operations preffered
- Good email communication skills
- Ability to manage data and reports accurately
- Good coordination and time management
