Job Title: Claims Inward Executive | Fresher | 12th Pass | Contractual Role
Location: New Link Rd, Anand Nagar, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai - 400102
Employment Type: Contractual
Shift: Rotational Day Shift
Job Description:
We are hiring Claims Inward Executives for handling claim document processing in the insurance/TPA domain. This is a contractual opportunity suitable for freshers looking to start their career in operations and claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inwarding of claim documents (courier/email/branch).
- Basic document verification and validation.
- Data entry and updating claim details in system.
- Scanning, indexing, and maintaining claim records.
- Identifying missing or incomplete documents.
- Coordinating with internal teams for query resolution.
- Ensuring adherence to TAT and process guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to handle volume-based/back-office operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate
- Fresher or up to 6 months experience in backend/operations/data entry.
- Open to contractual roles.
