Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage civil and interior projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee site engineering activities, including planning, coordination, and supervision of laborers.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for materials required for project implementation.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to site execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of interior finishing techniques and materials.
- Proficiency in preparing BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Excellent project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
