Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to quality control procedures by conducting regular checks on materials, reinforcements, GFC drawings, etc.
Develop and maintain accurate records of site progress, including daily reports, logs, and documentation.
Conduct regular inspections of building sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions as needed.
Oversee daily construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in civil supervision or related field (building construction).
Proficiency in creating daily reports using various formats (e.g., Excel) for tracking progress against targets.
Strong understanding of document management systems for storing important documents safely.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines effectively

Executing works as per GFC drawings on site, checking of reinforcement
Should know to calculate quantities of concrete , shuttering, blockwork , gypsum , tiling etc
Monitoring & Tracking work progress as per given schedule,
Maintaining Quality and safety on site etc.
Checking & verifying of all types civil and finishing works as per GFC drawings
