Job Description

Job Summary:

To supervise and manage all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring timely execution, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety and design specifications. The role requires strong technical expertise in RCC, structural works, and hands-on experience in STP, WTP, and ETP projects along with BOQ preparation, billing, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all day-to-day civil construction activities at site as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Execute and monitor RCC and structural works including foundations, columns, beams, and slabs.
Oversee shuttering, formwork, and reinforcement work ensuring proper alignment, quality, and safe dismantling.
Handle complete site execution of STP, WTP, and ETP projects as per design and technical requirements.
Plan and manage labour, materials, and equipment to achieve project targets within timelines.
Prepare and verify BOQ, maintain quantity measurements, and handle client and contractor billing processes.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution and timely material supply.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain safe working conditions at site.
Monitor material usage, control wastage, and maintain proper site records and documentation.
Report daily and weekly progress, highlight issues, and take corrective actions for smooth execution.
Resolve technical and on-site issues efficiently to avoid delays and maintain project quality.
