Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Planning & Design: Study site conditions and create designs using CAD
- Site Management: Supervise construction and ensure safety & quality
- Project Control: Manage costs, budgets, and timelines
- Structural Work: Check strength and safety of structures
- Problem Solving: Fix design and on-site issues
- Communication: Coordinate with clients, officials, and teams
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Understanding of construction methods and safety standards
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to challenges
