Junior Civil Engineer (Bamboo / Eco Construction Project)

We are looking for a passionate, honest, and eager-to-learn Junior Civil Engineer for our bamboo, eco-friendly, prefab, and hybrid construction projects located in Mahabaleshwar, Satara, Lonavala, and other project sites.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning and supervising site work related to bamboo, steel/RHS, and interior & exterior construction
2. Learning and implementing new technologies, materials, and construction processes
3. Handling measurements, site supervision, quality control, BOQ, and material tracking
4. Coordinating with contractors, craftsmen, and suppliers
5. Using photos, videos, mobile apps, and AI tools for reporting, documentation, and process improvement
6. Willingness to stay and work on-site (Mahabaleshwar/Lonavala/other locations), if required

Eligibility Criteria:

1. BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
2. 03 years of experience (Freshers are welcome; however, strong analytical thinking, honesty, discipline, and eagerness to learn are essential)
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, measurements, and ability to understand drawings
4. Willingness to work using mobile tools, photo reporting, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and AI tools
5. Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is required; basic English reading/understanding is an added advantage
6. Willingness to work in rural, hill station, or remote locations
7. Ability to drive a two-wheeler/four-wheeler will be preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Someone who enjoys hands-on site work and is not limited to office/drawing tasks
2. Interest in new construction methods such as bamboo construction, prefab, and sustainability
3. Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and work discipline

Salary:

• Fresher / 0–1 year: 18,000 – 28,000 per month
• 1–3 years experience: 28,000 – 40,000 per month
• Accommodation / site allowance / growth opportunities for the right candidate
