Civil Engineer

Location: Regional Offices

Reporting To: Head - Branch Administration

Role Objective To provide structured technical supervision at the regional level and ensure end-to-end monitoring of civil construction, renovation, relocation, and maintenance of branches, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, timelines, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise branch renovation, relocation, and maintenance works
• Monitor new branch civil construction and interior fit-outs
• Coordinate with vendors and track site-level progress
• Ensure project completion within approved budget and timelines
• Conduct quality inspections and certify works prior to handover
• Verify and approve vendor bills before payment
• Ensure adherence to approved layouts, branding, and specifications
• Coordinate statutory approvals (fire, local authorities, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with strong room and security specifications
• Perform preventive infrastructure reviews to reduce maintenance issues
• Submit periodic reports on project status and cost monitoring to HO

Key Performance Indicators

• 98% projects completed within timelines
• Cost variance within 2% of approved budget
• Zero major rework due to quality issues
• 100% adherence to layouts and branding standards
• 100% statutory compliance before branch activation
• Minimum 5% reduction in annual maintenance costs
• Vendor bills certified within 5 working days

Eligibility Criteria Qualification:

• Diploma (3-year) in Civil Engineering, or
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years in:
• Commercial building/site supervision
• Branch/retail fit-outs and civil works
• BOQ preparation and execution
• Vendor management and cost control

Preferred: Experience in Banking/NBFC/Retail infrastructure
