Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a Civil Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out works for hotel and high-end commercial projects in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with consultants and contractors, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of interior works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out works including civil, finishing, and coordination activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors
- Monitor quality of finishes such as flooring, ceilings, partitions, wall finishes, and joinery works
- Verify site measurements and contractor RA bills
- Track project progress and report updates to management
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols
- Maintain proper site documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3-6 years of experience in interior fit-out / hotel / hospitality projects
- Strong understanding of interior finishing works and construction methodology
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple teams
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic AutoCAD
