Opportunity to work on a large-scale infrastructure development project within a reputed chemical manufacturing complex, backed by a leading business conglomerate. The role involves overseeing road construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in a high-standard industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage construction of road projects as per design and quality standards. Monitor daily site operations, ensuring work is executed within timelines and cost targets. Review and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth execution. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and ensure documentation of all project activities. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards on site. Conduct quality checks, material testing, and inspection as per MORTH/IRC standards. Manage resources efficiently, and handle project-related challenges. Required Skills: Strong understanding of road construction techniques and specifications. Knowledge of technical specs /tools applicable road construction standards. Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering 2-7 years of experience in road/highway construction projects
