Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor all civil construction activities as per the project plan.
Supervise site operations including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing work.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design and execution issues.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E/B.Tech - Civil, Minimum 2 years of experience
Exposure to mid to high-rise building construction
Experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
