Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and engineering data.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop accurate and efficient designs.
- Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create, modify, and update drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Review and verify designs for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in project documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and project files.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to civil drafting.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drawing and design.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
