Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Civil/Architectural Draughtsman to join our dynamic team in the Architectural firm. You will play a crucial role in assisting Associates, Senior Architect for Business Development by exploring opportunities / Utilisation of available resources in Project Completion with in the schedule / Time Frame. May need to deploy candidate at sites as required to successful completion of assignments. A team player with leadership abilities.

As a Civil / Architectural Draftsman, you will be assisting our Architecture team in the design and development of various sports/ corporate/ residential/ institutional/ industrial projects. If you have a strong background in AutoCAD, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
An excellent Civil/Architectural Draughtsman must be well-versed in all Architectural methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Architects to create detailed drawings and plans for sports/ corporate/ residential/ institutional/ industrial projects.
- Preparing accurate technical drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on Architecture calculations, feedback, and design changes.
- Generate 2D and 3D models of civil structures using Revit software will be added advantages.
- Ensure drawings are completed within designated timelines and adhere to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all drawings and project files.

Key Skills:

- Civil / Architectural Draftsman in the Commercial / Sports / Architecture sector having experience between 2 to 5 years
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Experience with Revit software will be added advantages.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of drafting principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Software Skill:
- AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Revit is an asset). Civil / Structural /Architect Draughtsman from preferably ITI or equivalent.
