Job Description

1) Manage a team at business partner site to enable smoother on boarding experience of online customers

2) Is responsible for End-to-End management of queries and escalations of channel partners

3) Responsible for the direction, control and management of emails/calls and responses in close coordination with departments Medical Underwriting, Business Partners, TPA s, Finance etc

4) Enhance customer experience with effective communication

5) Continuously improve systems and processes with focus on quality and enhancing customer experience

6) Candidate should be capable to gather requirement data with reasonable data crunching skillset to create insightful dashboards for appropriate tracking & process improvement actions / solutions. He shall be a good time manager & team player with ability to deliver under aggressive timelines.
