Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Sales and Marketing a. Set targets and create a road map to achieve the targets within one month of joining
Define delegation of authority of HODs and key employees
Restructure the sales team and its organisation structure
Create strong marketing collaterals
Ensure sales staff are fully trained and equipped to achieve the targets
Implement an effective monitoring mechanism to oversee the activities of sales staff
Generate sales from PSUs, Private companies, Indian MNCs, Exports to Middle East and other countries.
Overall create a strong foundation to achieve the target of 200 crores to 500 crores in 1 to 3 years
Completely manage the execution of all orders till billing and full collection of all recoveries like invoices, security deposits, EMD etc.
Execute the projects below the estimated costs and within the timelines c. Ensure zero liquidated damages
Ensure the overall estimated project profitability is achieved
Validate the timeline and key costs for high-value offers
Be a strong bridge between various departments within Vimal and ensure a smooth flow of information between teams and timely execution of all projects
Study the current system of execution and improve them
Constitute a forum to discuss the status of key projects, identify bottlenecks and take necessary action

Relevant Experience Minimum 15 years of experience in Fire industry of which 5 years as CEO / Sales Head of company whose turnover is more than Rs.200 crores.
