Responsibilities:
Perform proximate analysis of food samples including Fat, Protein, Carbohydrate, Energy, and Sugar.
Conduct testing of Oils & Fats, Spices & Condiments, and Dairy & Dairy Products as per FSSAI .
Maintain documentation and records as per ISO 17025 .
Participate in PT/ILC testing programs.
Ensure adherence to laboratory quality and safety procedures.
