We're Hiring | Chartering Manager Dry Bulk | Mumbai Khar

Campbell Bulk is looking for an experienced Chartering Manager to join our Commercial – Dry Bulk Operations team in Mumbai Khar.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage chartered-in tonnage and cargo commitments
Optimize freight spreads and maximize voyage profitability
Execute Time Charter (TC), Voyage Charter (VC), and COA fixtures
Negotiate charterparties with owners, brokers, and charterers
Prepare voyage estimates and monitor P&L performance
Analyze freight markets and develop commercial strategies
Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, owners, and cargo interests
Manage freight market exposure and operational risks

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in dry bulk chartering within an operator environment
Proven experience managing chartered-in tonnage and cargo books
Strong knowledge of Handy/Supramax markets (Panamax experience is an advantage)
Excellent understanding of charterparty negotiations, voyage economics, and freight trading
Proficiency in IMOS (VIP preferred) and voyage accounting systems
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Business, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
