Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Consolidate and prepare Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) ensuring accuracy across diverse business vertical(s).

• Accounting Standards: Conduct technical research to implement AS and Ind AS ; document and defend accounting positions on complex transactions.
• Statutory Audit: End-to-end management of audits under The Companies Act, 2013, ensuring zero-observation reports and timely filings.
• Internal Audit: Evaluate ICFR (Internal Selection Financial Controls) and process efficiencies to mitigate operational leakage and ensure policy compliance.
• Taxation & Litigation: Direct oversight of GST and Income Tax compliance; manage assessments, represent the firm in Appeals , and optimize tax planning.
• Risk Management: Perform sensitivity analysis to identify contingent liabilities and implement hedging or mitigation strategies for financial risks.

Special Projects: Drive high-impact projects including Capital Budgeting , M&A due diligence, and specialized tax-saving structural changes.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) {Preferred All India Rank Holder}.

• Skills: Expert in Ind AS, Taxation, and ERP systems.
• Experience: 2+ years of Strong background in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management and Audit (Manufacturing Sector background is Preferred).

Traits: Analytical, detail-oriented, research-driven and Professional scepticism.
