Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Managing budgets
- Undertaking financial audits.
- Providing financial advice.
- Liaising with clients, individuals, and businesses.
- Analyzing risk.
- Advising on tax planning
- Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts information.
- Counselling clients on areas of financial improvement
- Managing junior colleagues.
- Liaising with auditors (internal or external).
- Producing reports and recommendations following the audits.
- Preparing financial statements and monthly and annual accounts
- Preparing MIS as and when required
- Knowledge in process follows in construction finance
- Having knowledge of TDS working and filing
- Having knowledge of GST working and filing , Advance Tax working.
- ROC compliance for the Companies • Individual Taxation • Reconciliation of Inter group balances.
- Good experience in preparation and finalisation of B. Sheet, P&L, Reviewing Trial Balance and Handing the Auditors.
- Knowledge of preparation of various Financial MIS in analytic manner.
- Good in Excel and having the managerial skills in leading a Team Preferable from the Real Estate background.
Preferred candidate profile
Requirement: Mehta Group Looking for qualified CA having Signing Authority.
Experience: Total 10-12 years experience , 5-7 years in Real Estate only (Post CA)
Qualification: Qualified CA with core experience in handling the F&A Function with good Knowledge of Accounting and IndAS.
Package: 10- 13 lac p/a depending upon knowledge and experience
