Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Audit & Assurance team. The role offers hands-on exposure to statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits across multiple industries, with opportunities to work independently as well as in a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Statutory Audits, including planning, fieldwork/site visits, execution, and finalization of financial statements.
• Independently handle end-to-end audit assignments and coordinate with team members.
• Conduct Limited Review Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits of Companies, LLPs, Trusts, and other entities.
• Prepare and maintain audit documentation, working papers, and audit trails in line with auditing standards.
• Draft audit reports (including CARO and IFCR) and assist in filing Tax Audit Reports and other statutory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, and applicable laws.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to seniors and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS knowledge is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Company Law and statutory compliances.
• Exposure to Statutory Audits and Tax Audits of corporate entities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively both independently and in a team.
