Job Description

1) Manage day-to-day operations of the centre
2) Ensure excellent customer service and support
3) Utilize technology for efficient communication and bulk messaging
4) Drive centre performance and achieve targets
5) Mentor and coach the team
6) Responsible for Profit & Loss of Centre
7) Organising of Workshop from Basic to other class which happens at Center. (Like Advance, Psy, Crystal, Soul, etc)
8) Calling all leads from Basic to advance and for other courses.
9) Maintaining a data of Student for workshop and keep updating them with workshops dates.
10) Handling a Healing Clinic Making Payment sheets, taking feedback from patients. Maintaining a close relation with our patient to encourage them to take up a workshop for Healings to help others.
11) Updating all our existing pranic healers with all the activities at centre through message.
12) Calling Patients on regular basis for feedback, help them with their queries. Encouraging them to learn Pranic Healing to change their Life.
13) Facebook Ad Posting and Checking for Updates.
14) Taking to our existing pranic healers to arrange a healing camp in their Societies etc.

1) Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

2) Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, data entry),

3) Familiarity with technology for bulk messaging and communication
