As a Centre Head, you'll be at the heart of this mission overseeing daily operations, leading a team of educators, and ensuring excellence in care and education.

Your responsibilities include:

• Admissions & Parent Engagement Guide families through enrollment, ensure conversion of enquiries to admissions, provide ongoing communication, and build strong parent relationships.
• Academic & Program Oversight Ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and enrichment programs that foster holistic child development.
• Leadership & Team Management Supervise, mentor, and support the teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain a high standard of care and education.
• Operations, Safety & Compliance Oversee centre operations, maintain safety and hygiene protocols, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Academic Management Oversee the implementation of the curriculum that meets the educational needs of all children. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs and to ensure adjustments as needed.
• Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of prospective and enrolled admissions Prepare and submit reports on enrolment data, trends, conversion rates and feedback, Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities at the centre and report as per procedure,Collaborate with back end team to resolve any infrastructural, facility- or resource-related issues.
• Monitor the centre to ensure a clean, hygiene and safe environment for the children

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Certified in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, or Educational Leadership (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in early childhood education, preferably with 1+ years of leadership/managerial/admin/counselling experience OR 3+ years of leadership/managerial and counselling experience in an education enterprise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
