It operates through company-owned outlets and central kitchens, with strong focus on quality, branding, and customer experience.

Position : CDP - Bread/Pastry/Brownie

Location : Govandi(E)in Mumbai

Work Setup: Central Kitchen (CK)

Education : BHM / Any Graduate

Experience : 3-8 years of experience in CDP - Bread/Pastry/Brownie or food industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare pastries, brownies, cakes, and bakery products as per standard recipes and production schedules.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality , and presentation of all products.
• Maintain hygiene , food safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor ingredient usage and follow FIFO and proper storage practices.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and dispatch.
• Check quality of raw materials and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Assist in inventory checks and minimize wastage.
• Follow company SOPs and food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Bakery & Pastry preferred.
• DCDP : 1 to 3 years experience in bakery/pastry production.
• CDP : 3 to 5 years experience in bakery/pastry production.
• Experience in central kitchen or high-volume production preferred.
• Good knowledge of pastry, brownie, and bakery production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Package : 5.00 LPA to 7.00 LPA (Negotiable)
