Job Description

Looking for a suitable candidate who has a successful track record of new product launches and new market development. The suitable candidate should have a passion for evolving a GTM strategy for new technologies/upcoming crop protection solutions.

Expected Roles

1) Create a scalable Agricultural Distribution network across the Territory for the New product range of agricultural crop protection solutions.

2) Identify new business opportunities & seek possibilities to expand existing Agriculture

business.

3)Developing and implementing sales strategy, promotional campaigns to boost the top and bottom line for the Agricultural solutions.

4)Directing and coordinating all sales and technical activity for the market.

5)Provide training, consultation & advice to the sales team & agriculture distributors.

6)Analyzing the agriculture distribution reach and penetration of agriculture product in the market by appointing new agriculture distributors .

7) Identify market trends, seasonal demand, and farmer buying patterns.

8) Conduct competitor Benchmark and pricing analysis.

9) Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports for senior management.

10) Develop and implement sale strategies to meet or exceed sales Targets .•

Technical Services -

Lead Technical Training session for Distributor and Dealers segment at field level.
Attending complaints of agriculture distributors & dealers i.e trouble shooting, lead/assist in new agriculture product development & trials.
Identifying agriculture product improvements & communicating to the management.

Min. Qualification: BSC Agriculture

Sales Experience 5- 8 Yrs in agriculture product sales and a candidate who has made a transition between Business Development and hardcore Sales.

Area Handle : Maharastra Chhattisgarh & Gujarat.
