Job Description

Senior Draftsman/Designer

Responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, P&IDs, and structural designs for STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, DM, and ZLD systems. The role requires close coordination with process, mechanical, and civil engineers to ensure accurate and high-quality drawings.
Prepare equipment layout, piping layout, isometric drawings, and civil foundation plans for treatment plants.
Draft structural supports, steel platforms, pipe racks, and tank details as per project requirements.
Generate fabrication drawings, sectional views, and BOM (Bill of Materials) for procurement and construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for piping, mechanical, and civil drawings.
Experience in preparing detailed piping layouts, support drawings, and routing plans of WTP
Familiarity with pump houses, tank layouts, chemical dosing systems, and filtration units in WTP.
Understanding of steel structure and foundation drawings for Water treatment plants.

Coordinate with mechanical engineers for piping and equipment layout optimization.
