Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct thorough technical evaluations of used cars.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports as per defined processes.
- Estimate repair work and provide accurate assessments of maintenance needs.
- Complete every assigned task within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while working in the field.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in vehicle inspection or after-sales service with a reputed OEM or automotive brand.
- Solid technical knowledge of engines, components, and vehicle systems.
- Prior experience as an Evaluator in car dealerships or authorized service centers is a big plus.
- Two-wheeler ownership with a valid license; four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
