Job Description

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / F&B Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the positions of Captain Trainee, Captain, and Steward/Stewardess to support our restaurant operations. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
Present menus, explain dishes if required, and take accurate orders.
Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints politely.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and professional behavior at all times.
Support restaurant operations during peak service hours.
Senior staff (Captain) will supervise service team and ensure smooth floor operations.
Captain Trainees will assist seniors and learn service procedures.

Requirements

Steward/Stewardess: Minimum 12th pass; hospitality training / experience preferred.
Captain Trainee: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred; 01 year experience.
Captain: 25 years experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.
