Job Description

This position involves working with\ the Architecture Team at Axium Global Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The\ team consists of skilled professionals, including architects, 3D visualisers\ and structural engineers with varied experience. The CAD Technician will be\ responsible for the overall architectural and interior design deliverables,\ working directly with leading architectural design consulting firms from the\ UK, USA, Australia and the UAE on flagship projects.

Key Roles\ and Responsibilities:

Develop\ and produce architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details\ using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
Assist\ architects in creating design concepts and visualizations for presentations and\ client meetings
Work\ closely with architects, engineers and other design team members to interpret\ and implement design specifications
Help\ deliver architectural and interior Design Documentation projects within the\ desired time, budget and quality
Work\ efficiently in AutoCAD
Qualifications\ and Experience Required:

1+ years of experience working in an architectural drafting or design environment.

Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Design or ITI\/NCTVT\-certified Architecture\/Civil Draftsman with relevant experience

Ability to speak and write in English will be an advantage
